We're seeking CNC Operators for both 1st and 2nd shift. In this role, you will operate state-of-the-art CNC mills and lathes, including Mori Seiki, Kitamura, Haas equipment, and Fanuc-controlled Robodrills, within a clean, climate‑controlled shop.
Responsibilities
Operate CNC mills and lathes in a modern machining environmentPerform basic G/M code edits, tool changes, and machine troubleshootingMaintain tight tolerances on high‑precision componentsPerform in‑process inspections using micrometers, calipers, gauges, CMMs, and other toolsFollow blueprints, setup sheets, and technical documentationQualifications
1–3 years of CNC operating experience or a machining trade school degreeExperience with CNC mills or lathes; production machining preferredAbility to inspect machined parts and read technical drawingsStrong shop math skillsUnderstanding of GD&T and familiarity with G/M codesBenefits
