**Job Title: CNC Machine Operator** **Job Description** As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machines to produce precision parts. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that production requirements are met through quality control and efficient machining methods. **Responsibilities** + Read and complete machine set-up sheets. + Set up machines for production. + Assist with quality control plan details. + Follow first piece inspection procedures. + Acquire parts to be machined. + Read blueprints, job orders, and tooling instructions for production requirements. + Machine parts to required specifications. + Inspect machined pieces to verify conformance to specifications. + Move parts to designated areas. + Replace worn tooling as needed. + Remove and return tooling when the job is complete. + Suggest machining methods to improve job efficiency. + Work within OSHA and ISO standards. + Perform daily preventative maintenance duties. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in operating CNC machines. + Experience with calipers and micrometers. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and tooling instructions. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 5+ years of CNC experience. + 2+ years of experience at each previous company. + Experience with machine setup is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that offers growth opportunities and the chance to work overtime.
