**Job Title: CNC Operator** **Job Description** As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating various CNC coil machines, ensuring accurate material feed, identifying different coil lengths, and working from basic blueprints. You will also perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance, conduct visual and precise inspections using micrometers and calipers, and handle stress-relief testing. Your role will involve floating between large and small coil CNC machines. **Responsibilities** + Operate various CNC coil machines efficiently. + Feed coils with the appropriate material and identify different coil lengths. + Work from basic blueprints to identify products accurately. + Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on machines. + Inspect products visually and with micrometers and calipers for final inspection. + Conduct stress-relief testing as required. + Adapt to working on both large and small coil CNC machines. **Essential Skills** + Experience in CNC coil operating. + Knowledge of manual machining and lathe machining. + Familiarity with mill and lathe machines. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Prior experience in inspection processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous production machine operating experience. + Proficiency in shop math. + CNC experience preferred. **Why Work Here?** Join a family-owned, third-generation company that values its employees. The job shop is fairly clean, spacious, and organized, with a mix of low and high-volume parts.
