Key Exciting Responsibilities:Master the operation of Fanuc-controlled CNC turning machines (NCT 104/204/304) to produce high-tolerance components.
Take full ownership of the manufacturing process, from performing tool changes and corrections to ensuring flawless execution.
Champion quality excellence by utilizing advanced measuring instruments to verify the precision of finished parts.
Troubleshoot and maintain sophisticated machinery to ensure peak production efficiency and safety.
Collaborate with a dynamic team to document work processes and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor.
Essential Skills & Experience:Proven professional experience in CNC turning and machine operation.
Strong technical proficiency with measuring instruments and quality control protocols.
Solid educational background with secondary education credentials.
Ability to make quick, accurate decisions in a fast-paced production setting.
Commitment to independent, precise work execution and a reliable team player mindset.
Bonus Points For:Familiarity with Fanuc or NCT specific control systems.
Experience in precision mechanics or geodetic instrument manufacturing.
