**Job Title: CNC Operator** **Job Description** Join our team as a CNC Operator, where you will operate a computer-based CNC machine to cut and etch leather and upholstery for furniture padding, including cushions, pillows, and trims. **Responsibilities** + Operate a computer-based CNC machine to cut and etch leathers and upholstery. + Read and interpret CAD designs and blueprints to accurately program and manipulate machine operations. + Ensure precision in cutting and etching processes to meet design specifications. + Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain high standards of finished products. **Essential Skills** + Strong experience in CAD, blueprint reading, and computer programming. + High level of computer and technical skills. + Experience with machine operation, including sewing and industrial sewing. + Proficiency in assembly, fitting, and using a tape measure. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy annual pay evaluations, with opportunities for raises based on performance and attendance. This role is for a second shift position, with initial training on the day shift. Expect a split shift schedule from 12-8 PM, with potential hours from 2-10 PM or 3-11 PM. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, VA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
