The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining VF5 CNC machines used in manufacturing or fabrication processes. This role requires the ability to interpret blueprints or CAD drawings, select appropriate materials, adjust machine settings, ensure quality control, and perform routine maintenance. Precision, safety awareness, and attention to detail are essential for success.

Work EnvironmentWork in a mid-sized, 30-person fabrication shop that includes paint, press brake, welding, and assembly processes. The shop is expanding with the addition of 6-7 new customers in 2024. The environment includes production welding bays and two buildings on-site. Work with mild steel ranging from 20 gauge to 1 inch. The shift hours are Monday to Friday from 6 am to 2:30 pm, and 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm, with the possibility of overtime. Employees receive two 10-minute paid breaks and one 20-minute paid lunch.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
