Temp-to-Hire position$20.00 to $25.00 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredFirst Shift (Monday through Tuesday from 06:00am to 04:30pm)Set up and operate CNC machines using pre-programmed instructions to produce precision parts.Troubleshoot and adjust machine operations to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.Perform detailed inspections and measurements using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.Maintain machines, including preventive maintenance and minor repairs as needed.Document production activities and report technical issues to supervisorsCNC Operator Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certifications preferred.1+ years of CNC machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in reading complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.Skilled in measuring instruments and quality checks for precision parts.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
