**Job Title: CNC Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will operate CNC SWISS machines to produce precision parts, ensuring they meet specifications and quality standards. **Responsibilities** + Operate a cell of 1-2 CNC SWISS machines. + Utilize basic blueprints to ensure parts meet specifications. + Conduct minor inspections and perform 1st piece inspections on parts. + Start machines at the beginning of shifts and load raw materials into machines. + Identify and mark defective parts due to visual issues. + Perform minor deburring of parts as necessary. + Identify when tooling needs replacement. **Essential Skills** + 1-2 years of CNC operating experience with lathe or SWISS machines. + Experience reading blueprints. + Proficiency in using quality tools such as calipers and gauges. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience in medical or aerospace industries. + Experience with Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM). + Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T). **Why Work Here?** Join a company that values internal promotion opportunities and offers flexible work arrangements, such as making up time during the week.
