**CNC Moulder Operator** **Job Overview** We are seeking a skilled **CNC Moulder Operator** to set up, operate, and maintain moulder machines used to shape PVC materials into precise profiles for exterior home‑building products. In this role, you’ll work with detailed blueprints, ensure tooling accuracy, monitor production quality, and help maintain a smooth, efficient manufacturing process. **Key Responsibilities** + Interpret work orders and blueprints to determine required profiles and machine setup. + Select, install, and adjust cutting heads and tooling for each production run. + Operate the moulder (including Weinig P600) and monitor material flow for consistent performance. + Inspect in‑process and finished PVC products to verify accuracy, dimensions, and quality standards. + Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot issues as needed. + Record production data, including quantities, quality notes, and operational details. **Essential Skills** + Strong machine‑operation experience in a manufacturing or production environment. + Hands‑on experience with **Weinig P600 moulder machines** . + Ability to operate CNC machinery confidently and independently. + Proficiency with tape measures and fractional measurements. + Solid verbal communication, mathematical reasoning, and problem‑solving abilities. **Preferred Qualifications** + Previous experience in similar roles. + Interest in ongoing skills training tied to pay increases. **Why Join Us?** + Contract‑to‑hire opportunity with long‑term growth potential. + Pay‑for‑skills program offering raises as you complete training milestones. + Supportive, family‑oriented culture with strong employee appreciation. + Competitive benefits, onsite gym, quarterly town halls, catered lunches, and holiday celebrations. **Work Environment** + **Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, **7:00 AM–3:30 PM** + Manufacturing setting with some loud or dusty areas. + PPE provided (safety glasses, gloves). + Dress code: work pants/jeans, sweatshirts, and work boots (steel‑toe preferred). **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mays Landing, NJ. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
