**Job Title: CNC Operator** **Job Description** Join a leading manufacturer specializing in architectural casting products, with a focus on ceilings, as a CNC Machine Operator. This position involves operating Thermwood CNC machines (3-axis & 5-axis) using Siemens control systems to work with MDF, an engineered wood product. **Responsibilities** + Operate CNC milling machines for production tasks. + Set up machines and troubleshoot issues using Siemens control systems. + Work with MDF sheets efficiently and safely. + Maintain equipment and ensure smooth operation of production processes. **Essential Skills** + 1-2 years of experience operating CNC milling machines. + Familiarity with basic machine setup and troubleshooting. + Comfortable working with MDF sheets. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience working in a dusty environment. + Ability to set up and troubleshoot CNC machines. **Why Work Here?** Benefit from working with a large parent company that offers family and individual benefit plans with 60% coverage. The shift schedule is 2 PM–11 PM with possible Saturday hours, and training initially overlaps with the first shift.
