**Job Title: CNC Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to operate CNC and conventional machines to fabricate precision parts. This role involves loading parts, running production lots, monitoring machine operations, and ensuring quality standards are met. **Responsibilities** + Operate CNC machining centers and run production lots. + Inspect and monitor parts during production. + Read and interpret blueprints, dimensions, and tolerances. + Ensure quality standards and production targets are met. + Deburr and blend machined parts. + Perform daily machine maintenance, including fluid levels, chip removal, and cleaning. + Maintain accurate paperwork and an organized work area. + Adhere to attendance and safety requirements. **Essential Skills** + CNC Mill operating experience. + Ability to understand basic dimensions and tolerances from technical drawings/blueprints. + Experience using measuring equipment like calipers and micrometers. + Basic deburring and grinding experience. + Capability to perform laborious work, including heavy lifting and bending. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with 5-axis machines and grinders. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team in an industrial manufacturing environment where you can hone your skills working with large, precision parts. The machines are loud, and it can get hot when they are running. Personal protective equipment (PPE) such as ear plugs and glasses is required. The work schedule is a weekend shift from Friday to Sunday, 2pm to 3am, with a 1-hour lunch break, totaling a 12-hour shift with 4 hours of overtime daily. Initial training for this role will occur on weekdays or nights for two weeks before transitioning to the weekend schedule. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Vista, CA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
