**MUST HAVES:** + Experience running and setting up CNC Mill or Lathe + Experience running very tight tolerances (+/- thousandths of an in) + Experience trouble shooting machinery + Working with aluminum or stainless steel + Minimum of 1+ years of recent experience **Job Description:** We are currently hiring CNC Machinist for both our day and overnight shifts. In this role production consists of serving the aerospace and medical industries. Daily responsibilities will include performing set ups, running and troubleshooting machinery, holding tight tolerances, and performing inspections on all products. Candidates must have strong skillsets and at a minimum of two years of experience with CNC Milling or Lathes. You will be responsible for performing very complex work, must be okay with wearing many hats in our facility, and communicate with our engineering team consistently. You will also be expected to complete paperwork, maintain safety regulations, and report defective materials or processes. You can expect exposure to small to medium sized aerospace components and must be open to adjusting our customers’ demands. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Agawam, MA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $68640.00/yr.
