**Job Title: CNC Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated CNC Machine Operator who is proficient in operating CNC machines to produce high-quality components. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining safety and quality standards. **Responsibilities** + Operate CNC machines efficiently, including setting up tooling, checking inserts, making offsets, and deburring finished parts. + Manufacture components accurately according to engineering prints and specifications. + Conduct quality assurance inspections to ensure parts meet required standards. + Accurately document quality data and production metrics for reporting and continuous improvement. + Support preventive maintenance efforts by performing routine checks on CNC machines and promptly informing maintenance staff of any potential issues or abnormalities. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies. + Review production schedules, prioritize tasks, and prepare equipment and materials for daily operations. + Conduct light corrective maintenance on machinery to address minor issues promptly. + Safely handle materials and components throughout the production process. + Contribute to process improvement initiatives, including the development and implementation of new fixturing and tooling solutions. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in operating CNC machines, including mills and lathes. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings. + Experience with precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. + Familiarity with offsets and tool changes. + Understanding of Statistical Process Control (SPC) principles and ISO quality system requirements. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Competency in blueprint reading and interpretation. + Effectively uses standard inspection tools to verify part conformity. + Quality and compliance awareness. **Why Work Here?** Join a supportive team environment where you can grow your career.
