**Job Title: CNC Operator** Job Description As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for loading, processing, and unloading parts for various routine CNC milling or turning operations. You will maintain standard operation of CNC equipment and perform basic machine offsets to ensure manufactured parts conform to blueprint specifications. Responsibilities + Load, process, and unload parts for CNC milling or turning operations. + Operate multiple pieces of equipment simultaneously as needed. + Ensure CNC equipment operates smoothly and perform basic machine offsets. + Monitor parts for visual defects such as burrs, nicks, dents, or scratches and correct them as necessary. + Change tools according to the tool life management schedule to maintain burr-free, visually acceptable parts. + Conduct periodic inspections using basic gauges including micrometers, calipers, and other fixtures. + Perform preventive maintenance activities and daily equipment inspections. + Maintain a disciplined 6S checklist routine to ensure a safe and clean working environment. + Perform other related duties as assigned by the production supervisor. Essential Skills + Minimum of 3 years’ experience running CNC machines in a similar or manufacturing environment. + Completion of related CNC courses or equivalent on-the-job training. + High School Diploma. + Ability to follow written instructions and a basic understanding of blueprint reading. + Proficient communication skills including verbal communication.
