**Job Title: CNC Operator** Job Description We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing machines to start production cycles and ensuring the efficient operation of CNC machinery. Responsibilities + Prepare the machine to start the production cycle. + Load and unload raw materials onto the machine. + Perform visual and dimensional inspections in accordance with company standards. + Keep records of conforming and nonconforming products. + Check and maintain machinery daily to ensure functionality. + Troubleshoot issues that might occur during the shift. Essential Skills + Proficiency in using lathe and mill machines. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals. + Experience with calipers and micrometers for precise measurements. + Strong understanding of production procedures. + Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Working knowledge of high-speed machinery and measurement equipment. + Adherence to health and safety regulations, including the use of protective gear. + Effective teamwork and communication skills. + High school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree is a plus. Job Type & Location Position based out of READING, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
