Job Title: CNC Operator

Job Description

A CNC Operator is responsible for running custom milling files for flexible dies according to customer specifications. The operator prepares each die and inputs order specifications into the computer to run program files that mill all lines effectively and accurately.

Responsibilities

Keep the work area clean and free of safety hazards.Wear the required safety equipment.Demonstrate dependability and self-motivation.Exhibit a strong sense of accountability.Work with urgency and attention to detail.Perform simple addition and subtraction calculations.Navigate a computer competently.Propose improvements to the production process.Adapt to changes in the work environment.Manage competing demands.Learn to operate additional machines as a secondary role.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of machine operating experience.Mechanically inclined.Ability to stand/walk for the entire shift.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.80/hr.
