This role involves poperating CNC machines with precision and efficiency, ensuring all work meets design and quality standards. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working with minimal supervision. **Key Responsibilities** + Operate CNC machines (mills or lathes). + Monitor machine performance, including positioning and cycle time, and make necessary adjustments. + Interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure product accuracy. + Troubleshoot issues at the machine and communicate with team leads. + Run production and perform deburring as required. + Select appropriate tooling, fixtures, and attachments for each job. **Required Skills and Qualifications** + Experience operating CNC mills or lathes. + Ability to work independently or under consistent oversight. + Proficiency in reading blueprints and using precision measuring instruments. **Shift Options and Pay Differentials** + 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM (includes $8/hour shift differential) + Weekend Shift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (includes $6/hour shift differential) **Why Join Us?** + Immediate start available. + Flexible shift options. + Supportive and collaborative team environment. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $35.00/hr.
