**Job Title: CNC Operator** **Job Description** Join our team as a CNC Operator, where you will be responsible for working on CNC Mills or Lathes based on your skillset. Whether you're at the setup level or operator level, your role will involve setting up and running machines like Doosan, performing machining operations such as turning, boring, facing, and threading parts like castings, forgings, and bar stock. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate CNC Mills or Lathes. + Perform machining operations such as turning, boring, facing, and threading. + Load, unload, and change out tools as required. + Learn and develop skills to perform setups long term. + Use inspection tools such as micrometers and calipers to ensure quality. **Essential Skills** + Experience with CNC operations including lathe and mill. + Proficiency in using Fanuc, Haas, and other CNC machine controls. + Ability to use machining tools such as micrometers and calipers. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Good soft skills with a focus on teamwork and communication. + Familiarity with machining processes and machine shop environment. **Why Work Here?** We offer a collaborative work environment that encourages skill development and long-term career growth.
