Job Title: CNC Operator
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Machinist to join our precision manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality metal and plastic components using HAAS CNC machines. You’ll set up, operate, and maintain CNC mills and lathes, ensuring each part meets exact specifications. This position requires a solid understanding of CNC programming, tooling, and machining processes, with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, and maintain HAAS CNC mills and lathes.Produce high-quality metal and plastic components.Ensure each part meets exact specifications.Maintain a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.Essential SkillsMinimum 5 years of experience as a CNC machinist, with at least 3 years’ experience using HAAS CNC machines.Proficient in programming, setting up, and operating CNC mills and lathes.Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models.Solid understanding of G-code programming and CNC machine operations.Proficiency in using precision measurement instruments and tools.Additional Skills & QualificationsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Work Environment

The work environment is a clean manufacturing setting, partially temperature controlled to ensure comfort and safety.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Eatontown, New Jersey.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $54000.00 - $66500.00/yr.
