Our client, located in Pollocksville, NC, is seeking a CNC Operator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have organizational skills, be safety oriented and willing to learn which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title: CNC Operator** **Location: Pollocksville, NC** **Pay Range: 17.00** **What’s the Job?** + Operate 5-axis and 3-axis CNC machines to fabricate parts. + Set up CNC machines, including tool selection, fixture installation, material loading, and program verification to ensure accurate and efficient runs. + Monitor machine operations, make real-time adjustments for optimal performance, and troubleshoot issues such as tool wear, alignment errors, or material defects. + Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and basic repairs to minimize downtime. + Adhere to all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE, machine guarding, and lockout/tagout procedures. **What’s Needed?** + High School diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining or related field preferred. + Proven experience operating 3-axis CNC machines; experience with 5-axis CNC machines is highly desirable. + Willingness and ability to quickly learn Global Shop Solutions ERP system; prior experience with ERP software in manufacturing is a plus. + Strong mechanical aptitude; proficiency in using precision measuring instruments and basic hand tools. + Physical ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 70 lbs, perform repetitive tasks, and work in an un-airconditioned environment with potential exposure to heat, dust, and noise. **What’s in it for me?** + Temp to perm opportunity! + Weekly pay! + Paid tuition!
