This role does not require prior CNC experience, but we are looking for an individual with experience operating production machinery. This will be an opportunity to learn more about CNC operating.** + Operate production machinery efficiently to manufacture products. + Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and maintain tight tolerances. + Manufacture intricate pieces for aerospace clients + Complete assemblies and conduct thorough quality inspections. + Perform various manufacturing duties as required. **Preferred Experience:** + **Prior CNC operating experience is a huge plus!** + Minimum of 1 year of experience operating production/manufacturing machinery. + Ability to follow precise machine operating details. + Ability to troubleshoot machine issues that arise during a normal day. + Effective communication skills to collaborate with coworkers. **Why Work Here?** + We are a growing company with lots of opportunities financially and laterally! + Opportunities to learn more in the CNC industry and maintenance industry! **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.00/hr.
