**Job Title: CNC Machine Operator** **Job Description** As a CNC Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance of our manufacturing machinery. You will be responsible for the precise operation of CNC Milling machines, contributing to the production of high-quality machined parts. **Responsibilities** + Operate CNC Milling machine, specifically a Haas VF-8/40, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to specifications. + Adjust machine settings and calibrate equipment to meet desired product specifications. + Perform quality checks and first article inspections to verify that machined parts meet design and quality standards. + Maintain and clean CNC machines regularly, keeping detailed records of maintenance activities and part production. + Manage and remove scrap material from the machine to maintain a clean and efficient workspace. **Essential Skills** + Proficient use of hand and power tools. + Experience using calipers and micrometers. + Experience running and setting up manufacturing machinery such as Roll Mill and Press Machine. + Excellent trouble-shooting capabilities. + 1+ years of related experience and/or training in CNC machining. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED. + Additional vocational training or certifications in CNC machining is a plus. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, life insurance, paid time off, a referral program, a retirement plan, and vision insurance.
