Job Title: Production Worker
Job Description

Join a rapidly expanding manufacturer of precision-formed powertrain components in the automotive and industrial sectors. We are seeking dedicated Production Workers for our 2nd and 3rd shifts to meet increasing production demands. As a Production Worker, you will have the opportunity to work with 49 CNC machines, producing between 500 and 1,100 parts per shift. Initial training will occur on the 1st shift for one to four weeks, after which you will transition to your designated shift with a 5% shift premium.

ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC machines to produce precision parts.Ensure quality standards are met during production.Maintain a clean and organized workspace.Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.Essential SkillsMinimum of 6 months production experience in a manufacturing setting.Familiarity with machine operation and general production processes.Ability to use tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers.Competence in CNC machine operation.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in high volume automotive production preferred.Steel toe shoes required.Ability to stand for the majority of the shift.Experience with mills and lathes is a plus.Knowledge of offsets, changeovers, and PLEX software.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
