Our client, a leading manufacturer in the industry, is seeking a CNC Operator to join their team. As a CNC Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** CNC Operator
**Location:** Fenton, MO
**Pay Range: $25 - $26**
**Shift:** 6:30 am - 3:00 pm, Monday - Friday
**What's the Job?**
+ Setup, layout, and operate various CNC lathes and/or mills.
+ Read blueprints or job orders for product specifications such as dimensions and tolerances.
+ Select, position, and secure tools and workpieces in the machine.
+ Observe machine operations and verify conformity of machined workpieces to specifications.
+ Maintain a clean and orderly work area while following all safety policies.
**What's Needed?**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent.
+ 1+ years of previous CNC experience preferred.
+ Ability to read precision measuring equipment such as micrometers and calipers.
+ Good hand-eye coordination and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
+ Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for 90% of the shift.
