Whether you are involved in setup or strictly operating, you will be instrumental in machining operations such as turning, boring, facing, and threading parts. This role involves significant hands-on work, including loading, unloading, and changing out tools, with a focus on learning and growing into setup roles over time. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate CNC Mills or Lathes, such as Doosan, based on skill level. + Perform machining operations including turning, boring, facing, and threading. + Load, unload, and change out tools efficiently. + Utilize inspection tools like micrometers and calipers to ensure quality control. + Collaborate with team members to optimize machining processes. + Commit to ongoing learning with the goal of mastering machine setup. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in operating CNC Mills or Lathes. + Experience with machining operations such as turning, boring, facing, and threading. + Ability to use inspection tools like micrometers and calipers. + Familiarity with machine shop environments and practices. + Good soft skills to collaborate effectively with team members. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with specific machines such as Doosan, Fanuc, and Haas. + Knowledge of machine setup processes and techniques. + Willingness to learn and advance skills in setup and operation. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic and supportive team that values growth and learning.
