**Job Title: CNC Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines and manual vertical mills, utilizing various types of controllers, and ensuring that production meets quality standards. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude and an industrial background. **Responsibilities** + Load and operate CNC Machines and manual vertical mills. + Use different types of controllers, including Fanuc and Haas. + Run multiple machines simultaneously. + Monitor, measure, and report on production. + Inspect machined components using precision measuring instruments to ensure conformity to quality requirements. + Mount, install, align, and secure tools, attachments, fixtures, and work pieces on machines using hand tools. + Fix or repair fixtures as necessary. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operation and CNC operation. + Proficiency with Haas and Fanuc controllers. + Ability to read and interpret blueprint schematics. + Experience with vertical mills and troubleshooting. + Knowledge of CNC Machine Operation. + Skill in CNC setup and maintenance repair. + Understanding of G Code and CNC Swiss. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + G Code Programming experience is a plus. + Strong industrial background or mechanical aptitude is essential. **Why Work Here?** Join a team where the majority of floor staff have been with the company for at least five years, providing stability and a supportive work environment. Candidates must be open to working overtime as needed. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Henrietta, New York. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
