Operate CNC machinery efficiently and maintain production quotas by managing 2-3 machines. Perform quality checks on materials and ensure they meet specifications. Utilize micrometers, calipers, and tape measures for precise measurements.

Work Environment
The work environment includes manufacturing hose connections and attachments for first responders and monitors for fire trucks. The facility is owned by a large private capital management company and currently has 80 employees in the machine operating department. The role requires steel-toe boots and offers upward mobility into machine setup, machine programming, and lead/supervisory roles.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Valparaiso, Indiana.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
