**Job Title: CNC Machine Operator - $18-$22/HR - 3rd Shift** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CNC Machine Operator for our third shift in Massillon, OH. This position requires expertise in operating CNC machines in a job shop environment, including multi-spindles. The successful candidate will be trained to operate multiple machines simultaneously, perform tool changes, sharpening, grinding, and machine setups. Precision measuring tools such as Micrometers and Calipers will be used to maintain tolerances, and work will be conducted off of blueprints. **Responsibilities** + Operate CNC machines, including multi-spindles, in a job shop environment. + Train to operate 2-3 machines at a time. + Perform tool changes, sharpening, and grinding. + Conduct machine setups and make adjustments, with training provided. + Use precision measuring tools such as Micrometers and Calipers to maintain tolerances. + Work from blueprints. + Maintain fluid levels in machines. + Keep the machine and work area clean. + Pay close attention to details. + Perform basic repairs to machines. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of CNC experience, preferably with Lathes or Mills. + Blueprint reading skills. + Proficiency in using precision measuring equipment such as Micrometers and Calipers. + Knowledge of shop math. + Ability to use basic hand and power tools. **Why Work Here?** We offer a family-oriented environment with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. The environment is accommodating with a smoke shack for breaks and allows tobacco chewing. **Location** This is a position based out of Massillon, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $23.55/hr.
