Job Title: CNC Machinist
Job Description
Join our team as a CNC Machinist on the 1st shift from 7 am to 3:30 pm. In this role, you will work in a dynamic and organized machine shop environment, utilizing your skills to ensure precision and efficiency. This role would be directly hired from the first day of employment. Offering employee stock ownership plan, full-benefits, and additional internal employee benefits.
Responsibilities
Observe all safety rules and regulations, performing duties in a safe and efficient manner.Operated CNC Milling Machine to machine components to spec Measure dimensions of finished work pieces using precision measuring instruments to ensure conformance to specifications.Mount, install, align, and secure tools, attachments, fixtures, and work pieces on machines using hand tools and precision measuring instruments.Stop machines to remove finished work pieces or to change tooling, setup, or work piece placement according to required machining sequences.Insert control instructions into machine control units to start operation.Review program specifications or blueprints to determine and set machine operations and sequencing, finished work piece dimensions, or numerical control.Listen to machines during operations to detect sounds such as those made by dull cutting tools or excessive vibration and adjust machines to compensate for problems.Maintain reliable attendance and ensure adherence to safety regulations.Perform other duties as assigned at management’s discretion.Essential Skills
Experience with CNC, G-code, milling, lathe operations, and blueprint reading.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Additional Skills & Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent.Familiarity with Tool and Mold Making.Proficiency in G-Code, CAD, and CAM.Demonstrated knowledge of safety procedures pertaining to general operation.Forklift certification or the ability to obtain it.Why Work Here?

You will be working in a clean and organized machine shop located in the CNC/Engineering building, one of our three facilities. This environment supports precision work and offers a structured setting for skilled machinists.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
