**Job Title: CNC Mill Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated CNC Mill Operator for our first shift in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The position operates Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with an overtime day on Friday. You will primarily be responsible for loading and unloading CNC machines. This role requires reliability and a strong commitment to attendance. **Responsibilities** + Operate and monitor CNC machines, ensuring quality and precision in production. + Load and unload machines efficiently. + Utilize micrometers and calipers for precise measurements. + Maintain a strong attendance record and adhere to safety protocols. + Participate in training sessions for mill and lathe operations. **Essential Skills** + At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting as a machine operator within the last 3-5 years. + Proficiency in reading micrometers and calipers. + Mechanically inclined with a good work history. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with CNC mill and lathe operations is advantageous. + Familiarity with automated and manual grinding techniques. + Experience with Sheffield gauges and operating Cincinnati and Norton equipment is a plus. + Prior experience in a plastics setting requiring attention to detail is valued. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that truly invests in its employees, offering opportunities for growth and development.
