Job Title: CNC Mill Operator (3rd Shift)
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated CNC Mill Operator to join our team on the 3rd shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating both horizontal and vertical mills, reading and interpreting detailed blueprints, completing offsets, changing tooling, and using various precision measurement tools. You will work with tight tolerances (+/- .0008) and ensure that parts meet specifications.

ResponsibilitiesOperate horizontal and vertical CNC mills.Read and interpret detailed blueprints.Complete offsets and change tooling as necessary.Utilize precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and depth mics.Work with tight tolerances of +/- .0008.Ensure parts meet client specifications.Essential Skills2+ years of CNC Mill Operating experience (Vertical or Horizontal).Experience with G/M Codes, especially in Okuma systems.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Experience with micrometers, calipers, and depth mics.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to perform setups and adjustments.Experience using dial gauges.NIMS Certification in CNC Machining is a plus.Ability to read program language.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a well-lit, air-conditioned facility where the temperature is consistently maintained between 72-74 degrees. This is a Contract position based out of Elkhart, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
