CNC Mill Machinist And Programmer

We’re looking for an experienced CNC Programmer and Machinist to join our team and take ownership of complex setups, precision machining, and high‑quality production. If you thrive in a hands‑on environment and enjoy solving technical challenges, this role will give you plenty of room to shine.

Key ResponsibilitiesSet up custom parts, fixtures, and tools for job‑specific applicationsSelect, align, and secure fixtures, cutting tools, and materials on mills, lathes, jig borers, grinders, and shapersProgram and adjust machining controls to regulate speed, feed, coolant flow, depth of cut, and other machining factorsRetrieve, input, and edit CNC machine control data to ensure accurate and efficient operationSkills & Qualifications4+ years of CNC mill setup experience in a production or job‑shop environmentExpert ability to read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawingsStrong understanding of tolerances, sequencing, and machining best practicesProficiency with manuals, specifications, and sample parts to determine machining requirementsExperience LevelExpert‑level machinist and programmer with a proven track record of precision and reliability

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Wilsonville, OR.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
