**Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist** **Job Description** We are seeking skilled CNC Mill Machinists to work with 3, 4, and 5-axis Mazaks, Okumas, Toyodas, and Doosans. This role involves working on super prototypes, where you will receive a blueprint and a block of material to program the machine, select tooling, conduct offsets, set-ups, fixtures, and run quantities ranging from 1 to 20 pieces. Our facility specializes in automotive and aerospace prototypes and we are looking for experienced candidates ready to contribute immediately. **Responsibilities** + Program CNC machines using blueprints and blocks of material. + Select appropriate tooling and conduct machine offsets. + Set up fixtures and run production of 1-20 piece quantities. + Edit programs using G code/Fanuc controls or Mazatrol/IGF Okuma conversational. + Read blueprints with very tight tolerances. + Perform changeovers and machine operations efficiently. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in programming CNC machines. + Experience with G code/Fanuc controls or Mazatrol/IGF Okuma conversational. + Ability to select tooling and conduct set-ups and edits. + Expertise in reading blueprints with very tight tolerances. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with CNC mills and lathes such as Mazak, Okuma, Toyoda, Doosan. + Knowledge of Zeiss (Calypso), Aberlink (PCDMIS), and Mitutoya (PCDMIS) equipment. **Why Work Here?** We offer a stable work environment with over 100 employees and a strong focus on employee longevity. Our facility is located in northern Oxford, featuring three large buildings equipped with 2, 3, and 4-axis Mazak, Okuma, Toyoda, and Doosan Lathes, and 3, 4, 5-axis Mazak, Okuma, Toyoda, Doosan Mills. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oxford, MI. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
