**Job Title: Mill Machinist**
Job Description
As a Mill Machinist, you will be responsible for operating CNC Haas Mill machines, primarily working with aluminum and occasionally precious metals. You will input metal into the vise, initiate the machine operation, and ensure it runs smoothly. Additionally, you will visually inspect parts using general quality equipment such as micrometers, pin gauges, and calipers. You will also work from blueprints on repeat jobs.
Responsibilities
+ Operate CNC Haas Mill machines for long-run production.
+ Work primarily with aluminum and some precious metals.
+ Input metal into the vise and initiate machine operation.
+ Ensure the machine runs smoothly and efficiently.
+ Visually inspect parts using micrometers, pin gauges, and calipers.
+ Work from blueprints on repeat jobs.
Essential Skills
+ 3+ years of CNC Mill Machining experience, specifically in Vertical Milling.
+ Ability to read blueprints and manually check parts.
+ Experience in CNC operation, machining, and blueprint reading.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Degree in Machine Tool Technology is a plus.
+ Experience with Haas Milling setup is preferred.
+ Familiarity with Mastercam, GD&T, and medical device assembly.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
