As a CNC Mill Machinist, you will be integral in continuing this tradition of excellence. **Responsibilities** + Work from drawings and written instructions to create parts. + Set up and operate CNC machines, performing diversified and complex operations on one or more machines simultaneously. + Write and edit programs as needed to meet overall part tolerance requirements. + Provide technical leadership and assist in training less experienced machinists. + Handle machine changeovers independently and troubleshoot programs. + Set up jobs, run jobs, and inspect parts for conformity to specifications. + Perform all external setup tasks for the next job while the machine is running. + Inspect and understand when to replace cutting tools and make necessary adjustments. + Perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment. + Advise supervisors of conduct that may violate rules, policies, and procedures. **Essential Skills** + 3-5 years of experience in setting up and operating CNC mill machines. + Proficiency in using precision measuring devices such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, and indicators. + Experience in performing full setups and editing programs using G and M codes. + Ability to read blueprints and setup sheets. **Why Work Here?** We offer competitive compensation and a robust benefits package including health and wellness programs, disability coverage, and a 3% company match on 401K contributions.
