**Job Title: CNC Mill Machinist** **Job Description** The Second Shift CNC Milling Machinist will operate and run vertical and horizontal multi-axis milling machines, including Doosan 3 axis, Nagata 5 axis, and Deckel 5 axis. **Responsibilities** + Operate vertical and horizontal multi-axis milling and turning machinery under supervision. + Utilize manual inspection equipment, such as height stands, micrometers, indicators, dial bores, and verniers. + Work with aerospace materials such as aluminum, stainless steel, magnesium, titanium, and nickel alloys. + Read and interpret operation sheets and work instructions. + Adhere to established policies, company procedures, and standard work. + Participate in process improvement initiatives utilizing lean manufacturing tools and techniques. **Essential Skills** + Technical school graduate in machining or one year of CNC Mill Operating experience. + Aerospace experience is desired. + Basic understanding of math or industrial mathematics. + Good written and verbal communication skills. + Basic computer skills. + Ability to read technical drawings. + Ability to set, use, or set up various measuring devices. + Solid problem-solving skills. + Ability to read and interpret machining program language is strongly desired. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a 5% bonus potential every March, merit increases each year, and tuition reimbursement. Work involves standing or sitting for extended periods on a concrete manufacturing floor, frequent hand and arm movement, lifting up to 50 pounds, moderate twisting and bending, and climbing on step stools or platforms. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $89440.00/yr. 5% bonus potential every March depending on company performance.
