Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a CNC Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Maintenance Technician

Location: Decatur, TX

Pay Range: $25/hr - $45/hr

Shift: 6am - 3:45pm (Must be open for overtime)

What's the Job?

Provide advanced CNC maintenance services to support production goals. Handle equipment installation, relocation, upgrades, and repairs. Service various types and brands of CNC machines including EDM, Wire saw, laser engraving, robot loaders, and machine tools. Diagnose highly technical machine tool problems and lead repairs to completion. Operate and troubleshoot electrical components, program PLC ladder logic, and coordinate with vendors for machine reliability improvements.

What's Needed?

Minimum of 6 months - 1 year of experience in CNC Maintenance and Electrical skills Mechanical aptitude with knowledge of ball screws, worm gears, and transmissions. Electrical aptitude with understanding of safety circuits, timers, servos, HMIs, etc. Experience with CNC systems such as Fanuc, Mazatrol, Fadal, Haas, Mitsubishi, Hardinge, Okamoto, and Chevalier is preferred.
