Join a cutting-edge automotive supplier facility as a CNC Maintenance Technician with multi-craft capabilities. You’ll be the go-to expert for maintaining and troubleshooting CNC equipment—primarily 3-axis machines—while supporting a range of advanced manufacturing systems including robotics, injection molding, and electrical infrastructure. This is a hands-on role focused on keeping production running smoothly and efficiently.

🧩 Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative and corrective maintenance on CNC machines (3-axis) and related equipmentTroubleshoot and repair Fanuc-controlled CNC systems and GE PLCsMaintain injection mold machines with water flow heating/cooling and vacuum systemsSupport robotic welding systems (Fanuc spinning robots)Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems (480V–120V)Execute electrical installations and mechanical repairs across the facilityUse voltmeters and interpret line diagrams to assess and resolve issuesParticipate in Kaizen and 5S lean manufacturing initiativesOccasionally assist with chillers, HVAC, dock doors, and overhead cranes🧠 Skills & QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED requiredMinimum 5 years of machine repair experience preferredStrong background in CNC maintenance and Fanuc controlsAdvanced knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical wiringExperience with PLC troubleshooting (GE controls) and HMI interfacesFamiliarity with injection molding systems and heat transfer diagrams is a plusSafety-minded with lockout/tagout proceduresAble to read and interpret technical drawings and schematicsGeneral mechanical aptitude: gearboxes, motors, pumps, etc.Journeyman certification is a strong asset🧰 Top SkillsCore SkillsTechnical ToolsCNC MaintenanceFanuc CNC, GE PLCsElectrical & MechanicalVoltmeters, Hand ToolsRobotics & AutomationHMI, WeldersHydraulics & PneumaticsDrill Press, Lathe Machine
