**CNC Maintenance Technician** Currently hiring Direct Hire/Permenant CNC Maintenance Technician's in the University Park, IL area. Hiring immediately. **Shift:** 1st and 2nd shift + 1st shift 6am-2:30pm + 2nd shift 2:30pm-11pm **Job Description** The Industrial CNC Maintenance Technician will be responsible for both preventative and reactive maintenance on all machinery. This role requires expertise in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting and repairs, working with voltages up to 480V, and handling CNC machines, vision systems, and other control-driven equipment. **Responsibilities** + Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on all machinery. + Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues for all machinery. + Conduct maintenance, repair, and setup of CNC mills and CNC lathes, vision systems, robotics, and other control-driven equipment. + Calibrate various brands of CNC machinery. + Collaborate with contractors for maintenance issues requiring outside expertise. + Maintain an inventory of spare parts to minimize downtime. + Move and install plant and building equipment, including layout and necessary pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic line connections. + Calibrate, repair, and troubleshoot vision systems such as Fanuc, ABB, and Cognex Vision. + Ensure facility maintenance when needed. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience. + Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing CNC machinery. + Strong experience in both mechanical and electrical repairs and troubleshooting. + Experience with preventive maintenance. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $85280.00 - $93600.00/yr.
