Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the smooth operation of production machines by performing regular maintenance and repairs. The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting electrical and mechanical failures, maintaining equipment, and working collaboratively within a team environment.
ResponsibilitiesPerform cleanup and minor repair of equipment.Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical failures of production machines in a timely manner in a team environment.Pull chip conveyers and move maintenance materials throughout the shop.Perform PMs and fill out preventive maintenance check sheets.Perform routine checks of all exit lights, fire extinguishers, and replace light bulbs as needed.Salt and shovel north lot as required.Maintain liquid waste and disposal (coolant, mop water, waste oil).Operate evaporator and maintain coolant mixing tank/concentration.Ability to work at heights.Keep inventory of essential spare parts.Conduct oneself in a courteous and professional manner.Communicate with production persons, other maintenance personnel, and shift supervisors.Maintain a clean working environment throughout the plant.Continuously model core values.Follow safety rules and work overtime when necessary.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential SkillsTroubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, and pneumatics.Repair and preventive maintenance.Blueprint reading and maintenance repair.PLC control and troubleshooting.Electrical troubleshooting.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to follow written and verbal instructions.Good written and verbal communication skills.Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint).Knowledge of basic mathematics.Working knowledge of engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and engineering.Basic knowledge of motion and industrial controls.Basic knowledge of PLC and troubleshooting using PLC.Knowledge of electrical and mechanical operations.Experience with 120V, 240V, and 480V.Basic forklift safety knowledge.Knowledge of ferrous and/or non-ferrous materials.Strong mechanical aptitude.High school diploma or GED required.Prior manufacturing experience in a job shop preferred.Trained and licensed in operation of forklifts.1-4 years of experience required.60% or better on Maintenance Test.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50960.00 - $78000.00/yr.
