CNC Maintenance Technician
Job Title: CNC Machine Technician
Job Description

The CNC Machine Technician is responsible for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of CNC machines in the CNC shop.

ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and repair CNC controls and machines.Understand codes and logic within CNC machines and PLCs.Install new CNC machinery with conduit and wiring.Perform pneumatic and hydraulic repairs.Clean and lubricate machinery.Maintain coolant tanks.Conduct facility and HVAC work as needed.Essential SkillsIndustrial electrical knowledge.Ability to troubleshoot using schematics and blueprints.Proficiency in hydraulics and pneumatics.Experience with PLC and CNC troubleshooting and repair.Robotics knowledge.Additional Skills & Qualifications1-10+ years of industrial maintenance experience.Mechanical aptitude and broad skill set.Strong safety history.Ability to troubleshoot and repair production machinery.Strong work history.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a CNC machine shop equipped with 50 CNC machines, including Toyoda, Haas, and Okuuma models. The shop contains a mix of lathe and milling machines, primarily using FANUC controllers. Shifts include 2nd (Mon-Fri 2pm-10:30pm) and 3rd (Sun-Thur 10pm-6:30am), with voluntary weekend overtime available.

This is a Permanent position based out of Wrightsville, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $76960.00/yr.
