**Job Title: CNC Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a CNC Maintenance Technician responsible for the layout, repair, modification, and preventative maintenance of a diverse array of manufacturing machinery. This role involves dismantling, assembling, and maintaining intricate specialized equipment that requires skilled fitting and alignment. The technician will diagnose and troubleshoot machinery issues promptly.
**Responsibilities**
+ Conduct electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic diagnosis and repairs on all manufacturing and facility equipment, including CNC machining centers.
+ Maintain preventative maintenance and machine repair records.
+ Diagnose and repair electrical issues in manufacturing and facility equipment.
+ Research and source parts required for repairs and maintenance tasks.
+ Assist with special installations and projects.
+ Understand and interpret drawings and schematics.
+ Maintain safety standards and adhere to company safety programs.
+ Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across the company.
+ Perform other duties, reporting, special assignments, or projects as needed.
+ Stay current with and complete all required training.
+ Adhere to the company's Corporate EHS Policy and specific safety protocols, including PPE requirements.
+ Drive personal or company vehicle to pick up maintenance tools/equipment/parts from vendor locations.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5 years of experience in electrical and mechanical repair of CNC machining centers.
+ Basic computer skills to navigate within a Windows environment.
+ Attention to detail with a focus on safety.
+ Ability to pull, push, and lift up to 50 pounds, and perform tasks requiring climbing, standing, sitting, or kneeling for extended periods.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Knowledge of lean tools is advantageous.
+ Must successfully pass pre-employment screening and medical exams required by law.
+ Capability to use stairs, remain upright or seated for prolonged periods, reposition the body as needed, and handle various tools and supplies.
+ Ability to perform manual lifting activities, not exceeding a 40lb lift by one individual.

**Work Environment**
Our indoor air-conditioned machine shop operates Monday through Thursday from 5:30 am to 3:00 pm and Friday from 5:30 am to 9:30 am. The shop is equipped with machines such as Haas, Doosan, Hwacheon, Viper, and Robodrill.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $38.00/hr.
