**Job Title: CNC Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
As a CNC Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining electrical systems, CNC machinery, pneumatic tools, and hydraulic equipment. Your role includes identifying faulty equipment through observation and testing methods, installing new production equipment, and reading and interpreting engineering blueprints and schematics. You will also perform low voltage repairs and wiring installation (140-208 volts), fabricate parts for repairs and machine upgrades, and assess the condition of used parts using measuring tools and specifications. Additionally, preparing and submitting maintenance reports and performing routine maintenance on equipment will be part of your duties. You will maintain the Department Preventative Maintenance Status and work closely with CNC operators on overall equipment performance.
**Responsibilities**
+ Troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems, CNC machinery, pneumatic tools, and hydraulic equipment.

+ Install new production equipment.
+ Read and interpret engineering blueprints and schematics.

+ Collaborate with CNC operators to enhance equipment performance.
**Essential Skills**
+ 5+ years of maintenance mechanical experience.
+ Experience in industrial maintenance on CNC equipment.
+ Understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanics.
+ Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
+ Attention to detail in a manufacturing environment.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Proficiency in CNC programming and troubleshooting.
+ Experience with PLC troubleshooting.
+ Familiarity with machining and mechanical principles.

**Work Environment**
You will work in a medical device manufacturing environment that complies with FDA regulations. The facility houses over 80 machines, including CNC lathes, mills, Swiss machines, laser etching, electro polishing, clean room equipment, and packaging equipment. The work environment emphasizes safety, precision, and cleanliness.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract position based out of Memphis, Tennessee.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
