**Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic** **Shift** : 2nd 330pm-2am (if needed an earlier shift schedule they could accommodate a schedule earlier such as 130pm-12am) **Pay** : $30-35.00 per hour **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to join our team to support the repairs and maintenance of specialized CNC machines throughout the site. The machines are specialty machines, but experience from the CNC or machine industry could correlate well too. The position offers a competitive hourly rate with opportunities for those possessing all necessary skills and tenure. **Responsibilities** + Perform as a skilled craftsman in the typical duties of a maintenance mechanic within a machine shop/cnc environment. + Plan and perform work requiring electrical and electronic principles in the repair and maintenance of all plant equipment. + Participate and assist in all training programs. + Coordinate work priorities with maintenance supervisor, engineering, production, management, and manufacturing. + Maintain a cooperative working relationship with all plant personnel to assist in accessing problems, troubleshooting, and repair of manufacturing equipment. + Keep a good stock of repair parts by ongoing organization and requisitioning of needed parts and supplies within the tool crib. + Plan and perform new equipment installation and testing, move and reorganize existing equipment as needed. + Comply with applicable safety training, regulations, policies, and procedures. **Essential Skills** + CNC Maintenance experience + PLC Logic/programming + 480 volt electrical expertise **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 5-10 years’ experience in one or more specialized trade disciplines + Specialized trade knowledge in electrical, electronics, machine repair, machine tools, and robotics + Understanding of hydraulics, pneumatics, ladder logic, computer numeric controls (CNC), programmable logic controls (PLC), and customized personal computer (PC) controls **Why Work Here?** We offer an excellent benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurance, a wellness plan with cash incentives, an incentive attendance bonus, and a 401K plan with significant company match.
