CNC Maintenance Electrician

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician responsible for providing comprehensive maintenance support for production machinery. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machine components such as pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, power transmission, and lubrication. You will also install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine electrical components to ensure optimal control performance and machine efficiency, in line with system standards and machine tool specifications. Responsibilities include basic electrical maintenance, working with PLCs, A/C and DC motors, CNC controls, and drives. Additionally, you will handle running conduit, wiring, terminating devices, and performing quality control testing.
**Responsibilities**
+ Provide maintenance support for production machinery.
+ Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain machine components like pneumatics, hydraulics, and power transmission.
+ Install and maintain machine electrical components to ensure control performance and efficiency.
+ Conduct basic electrical maintenance on PLCs, A/C, DC motors, CNC controls, and drives.
+ Run conduit, wire, terminate devices, and perform quality control testing.
**Essential Skills**
+ Minimum of 5 years of mechanical/electrical machine troubleshooting and repair experience in a manufacturing environment.
+ Proficient in reading and applying mechanical prints and electrical schematics for troubleshooting.
+ Experience with Blueprint, Calipers, Troubleshooting, Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Wiring, Preventive maintenance, Schematic, PLC troubleshooting, Electrical troubleshooting, 3 phase, AC/DC motor, PLC maintenance, and CNC Grinding.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Degree and/or specialized training in a related field is a plus.
+ Ability to lift/carry parts/equipment up to 75 pounds.
+ Willingness to cross-train in other technical areas.
+ Proficient with computer systems for maintenance processes, spare part ordering, and documentation.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $36.00/hr.
