**Job Responsibilities** + Set up and operate CNC Swiss and or Mill machines to manufacture precision medical parts. + Interpret and work from blueprints to ensure accurate and consistent production. + Perform basic setups, tool changes, and offsets with minimal supervision. + Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with medical manufacturing standards. **Skills & Experience** + Minimum of **2 years** operating CNC Swiss machines (Tsugami preferred; Citizen and Star also considered). + At least **6 months** of experience performing setups, tool changes, and offsets. + Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills. **Work Environment** Work in a **clean, medical-grade facility** with a close-knit team. This independently operated location fosters a collaborative and supportive atmosphere focused on precision and quality. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $104000.00/yr. Benefits will be provided in the interview, good health, vision, dental, and disability insurance.
