**Job Title: 1st and/or 2nd CNC Machinist - $15,000 Relocation Package Available** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist for our Whitewater, WI facility, dedicated to manufacturing stainless food processing equipment. This location is a hub for design, research and development, manufacturing, production, and maintenance. **Responsibilities** + Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes, primarily focusing on lathes. + Work with both new and older machines, including Doosan, Haas, and various mills and grinders. + Utilize Fanuc controls on new machines for efficient operation. + Conduct quality inspections using micrometers and calipers. + Perform multiple setups and tooling changes due to low-volume, diverse parts machining. + Edit CNC programs at the machine when necessary. **Essential Skills** + 5 years of experience setting up and running CNC mills and lathes. + Proficiency in blueprint reading. + Skill in using lathe and mill machines. + Competency in using calipers and micrometers for inspections. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 2 years of experience in G&M code editing directly at the machine. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that offers the choice to be part of a union, and has recently invested in almost 20 brand new CNC machines in 2020. The shop is clean and houses approximately 100 individuals, fostering a collaborative work environment. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Whitewater, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $34.50/hr.
