**Job Title: Machinist** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Machinist who is experienced with CNC mills and lathes to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of various machining centers and be proficient in operating and setting up their own machines. This role requires expertise in Mastercam programming, blueprint reading, and the use of quality control tools. **Responsibilities** + Operate and set up CNC mills and lathes, including horizontal and vertical machining centers. + Handle small to large part CNC milling/machining centers with capacities up to 60" cube. + Manage large part CNC vertical turning lathe (VTL) with live tooling, handling up to 93" outside diameter and 18,000# weight capacity. + Work with small to medium part CNC lathe with live tooling, 17" swing (OD), L. + Operate large part horizontal lathe with up to 33" swing (OD) and length between centers. + Perform CNC full 5-axis milling/machining with part size/capacity up to 36" cube. + Program using Mastercam and operate with Fanuc controls. + Read and interpret blueprints accurately. + Conduct quality checks using micrometers, calipers, and gauges. **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of CNC machining experience. + Proficiency with CNC mills and CNC lathes. + Ability to set up, operate, and machine own parts. + Mastercam programming experience. + Blueprint reading and interpretation skills. + Possession of personal tools. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $75000.00/yr. The company has great benefits: $15 for single plan, $32 for family of two and $45 for a family.
