Job Description
We are seeking a skilled CNC Lead/Supervisor Programmer Machinist to join our team. You will operate a HAAS Lathe and Mill on our day shift. This role requires expertise in both conversational programming on machines and offline programming using CAM software.
Responsibilities
Perform conversational and offline programming for lathes and 5-axis mills.Generate efficient toolpaths considering tool selection, speeds, and feeds.Set up CNC machines, including loading tooling, fixtures, and raw materials.Operate CNC machines to produce precision components per engineering specifications.Select and optimize appropriate cutting tools based on job requirements.Conduct in-process and final inspections to ensure components meet quality standards.Collaborate with the quality assurance team to address deviations and implement corrective actions.Essential Skills
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Programmer in a precision manufacturing environment.Hands-on experience in setting up and operating CNC machines.Strong understanding of machining principles and tooling applications.2 years of experience in a lead/supervisor role.Proficiency in CNC programming.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with HAAS and Fanuc systems.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Proficiency in using calipers and micrometers.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a semi-climate-controlled environment. The position operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, from 5 am to 3:30 pm.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $38.00/hr.
