**CNC Machine Operators are responsible for operation of CNC Machine**
**Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for CNC machinery, demonstrating proficiency in fixtures, tooling, controls and conducting ongoing equipment maintenance and care
+ Conduct minimal deburring and surface protection on workpieces
+ Take detailed measurements and preliminary evaluations to ensure workpiece acceptability
+ Perform changes and minor adjustments of all tooling and attachments in the machine; troubleshoot and resolve issues that arise during machining process
+ Maintain comprehensive documentation and records relating to production, downtime, quality and other relevant metrics
+ Assist in fixture set up
+ Consistently meet minimum production output and quality standards
+ Responsible for area housekeeping including machine, storage area, etc.
+ Ensure that these activities are carried out in accordance with current company policies and procedures, especially following safety guidelines
**Requirements:**
+ High School Diploma or equivalent and 3 or more years of recent CNC Machinist experience
+ Able to measure accurately using various measuring tools as well as perform basic shop math and blueprint reading
+ Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
**Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate these skillsets:**
+ Knowledge of operating requirements
+ Experience with manufacturing equipment, including different types of cutting tools and their appropriate usage
+ Effective communication with team members, supervisors and engineers
+ Understand entire manufacturing processes, standards procedures and polices
+ Operates with manufacturing safety

**Summary Pay Range:**
$29.10 - $37.70
